Ingredients:
- 2-3 cups of shredded cabbage
- 2 cups of carrots (shredded)
- 1-2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (coarsely grounded)
- 2 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon.
- Handful of cilantro or coriander leaves
- salt to taste
Preparation:
●Take a salad bowl and mix the cabbage,tomatoes,carrots and peanuts.
●Now add cilantro/coriander leaves,salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
●Serve as an accompaniment.
